The role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, from developing and maintaining HR principles, practices, and procedures to ensuring accurate and timely service delivery. Key areas of focus include:

  • Employee Engagement
  • Performance Management
  • Talent Acquisition
  • Labor Relations

Schedule: Night shift, Monday to Friday, 9 PM to 6 AM

Location: Onsite at Skytech IT Park, Clark

In this role, you will provide guidance on policies, procedures, and compliance to support operations. You will also ensure consistent implementation of company processes and guidelines, maintain good relations with business partners, and foster a positive company culture.

You will manage employee cases and support engagement activities, coordinate with production managers regarding employee movements, promotions, layoffs, transfers, and resignations, and handle employee relations concerns. Ensuring compliance with HR solutions and procedures within the assigned business area is also a critical aspect of this role.

Qualifications:

We seek highly motivated individuals with a strong commitment to excellence. To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 4 years of HR and administrative experience in the BPO/shared services industry.
  • A Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Strong communication skills, a can-do attitude, and effective management and interpersonal skills across diverse organizational levels.
  • Experience in performance management, employee engagement, development, relations, and discipline.
