The primary responsibilities of this position include resolving routine problems related to client products or services, ensuring that service delivery meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities- Clarify customer requirements and provide resolution using decision-support tools and resources.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy while building rapport.
