At PadSplit, we are expanding affordable housing by connecting homeowners with renters. As a key player in our property activation process, you have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our growth.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the property onboarding checklist to ensure all key milestones are completed on time and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with account managers and customer success specialists to resolve listing issues such as missing details or incorrect pricing.
  • Meet or exceed internal targets for property activation speed and quality, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Verify that each listing meets our high property quality standards before going live, ensuring a smooth experience for our customers.
  • Confirm all activation requirements are complete, including host lease documents, host training links, Salesforce commission trackers, and accurate listing details.
  • Support the overall property activation process to ensure a seamless and timely go-live experience.
  • Stay highly responsive to communicate updates, resolve issues quickly, and coordinate with internal teams effectively.

This is a contract position where compensation is based on the role's scope, national market benchmarks, and your expertise and experience.
