Job Overview

A Finance Intercompany Analyst plays a crucial role in maintaining process integrity and collaborating with team members across regions to ensure global consistency and efficiency.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate processing of intercompany transactions across multiple systems, flagging discrepancies, and supporting smooth daily operations.
  • Foster adherence to standardized workflows and compliance requirements, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and raising any missing or unclear inputs to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain close coordination with Intercompany Specialists, Team Leaders, and other key partners to ensure timely processing and issue resolution.
  • Ensure proper documentation is available for each transaction to support traceability and audit preparedness.
  • Consistently maintain a reliable pace of processing and support month-end closing activities through efficient handling of assigned tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable, preferably within a shared service or multinational environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across multiple ERP systems (e.g., SAP, M3, iScala, BPCS) and follow standardized processes.
  • Proven attention to detail and accuracy in following process documentation and compliance requirements.
Educational Background and Certification
  • Bachelor's degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or related field, professional certification (CPA) is an asset.
  • Strong accounting and finance experience, ideally with multinational companies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), and ERP systems is essential.
