Job Description
The role of Senior Software Engineer, Treasury involves designing and building global, asset-agnostic money movement systems. You will work closely with engineering, product, customer success, and finance teams to build scalable systems that move and reconcile funds across jurisdictions, channels, and asset types.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and operate reliable systems for international transactions.
  • Build robust observability into every layer, lead incident response, and drive long-term reliability improvements.
  • Stay current with fintech, tech, and compliance trends.


Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 6 years of software engineering experience, with a track record of owning and operating business-critical systems.
  • Problem solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on correctness, edge cases, and failure modes.
  • Backend focus: Experience working on backend systems, including APIs, services, and infrastructure.
  • Data modeling and access: Comfortable working with relational databases like Postgres and MySQL, with a solid understanding of transactions, data integrity, and performance tradeoffs.
  • Technical judgment: Ability to balance technical depth with product understanding and apply sound judgment when making tradeoffs.
  • Peer collaboration: Hold high standards for code quality, reliability, and peer review, and value working closely with others who do the same.
  • Versatility: Comfortable learning new domains, working across the stack, and adapting quickly as priorities shift.
