About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Operations Specialist to oversee our financial operations across entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the finance inbox and address financial and administrative inquiries promptly.
- Record, organize, and maintain invoices and supporting documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Oversee and execute payments to suppliers and other financial obligations, managing both payables and receivables effectively.
- Perform reconciliations of payments and receipts, ensuring all transactions are accurately reflected.
- Assist the accounting team with month-end closing, tax filings, and ensuring overall compliance with tax regulations.
What We're Looking For
We need a Senior Financial Operations Specialist with 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting, who is proficient with Xero and has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude. A Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field is required.
