Job Title: Sales Development Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our sales development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, scheduling appointments, and qualifying leads through effective phone communication.

The successful candidate will have strong English communication skills, especially over the phone, and experience in real estate sales/appointment setting. They will also be able to handle objections and qualify leads, as well as maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided scripts and CRM system.
  • Schedule appointments and qualify leads through effective phone communication.
  • Follow up with existing contacts and maintain relationships.
  • Update and maintain CRM database with accurate client information.
  • Post content on social media platforms (limited).
  • Execute follow-up email communications using provided templates.
  • Track and document all client interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements:
  • Strong English communication skills, especially over the phone.
  • Experience in real estate sales/appointment setting.
  • Ability to handle objections and qualify leads.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
  • Professional and pleasant personality.
  • Ability to work independently and follow processes.
