Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team.


The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, paid media, and automation workflows. They will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with client's enterprise and high-value real estate clients.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of high-value clients (real estate agencies, franchises, and enterprise accounts)
  • Providing strategic recommendations to optimize campaign performance, branding, and ROI
  • Partnering with Product, Marketing, and Support teams to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Providing regular reporting and insights on account health, usage, and performance
  • Leading quarterly business reviews and ensuring client satisfaction and retention goals are met

Requirements include:

  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Services for a SaaS, MarTech, or AdTech company
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid media, and automation workflows
  • Proven ability to manage enterprise-level accounts and drive growth
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions
