We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Virtual Medical Receptionist to join our team. As the primary point of contact for patients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks.
This pivotal role involves:
- Managing Incoming Calls: Responding to patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and updating patient records in an electronic health record system.
- Scheduling and Calendar Management: Scheduling appointments, maintaining the medical provider's calendar, and ensuring seamless communication between patients and healthcare providers.
- Patient Information Management: Collecting and updating patient information accurately, and providing patients with essential details about services, procedures, and protocols.
In addition to these responsibilities, the ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in using electronic health record systems and scheduling software. Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar administrative role is highly desirable.
