Job Title: Benefits Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Triage Inquiries and Provide Solutions: Analyze customer inquiries, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions via CRM tools.
  • Tier II Support: Offer high-level support for Employee Contact Center queries, ensuring seamless communication with customers and employees.
  • Benefit Configuration: Understand and explain benefit features, research possible configuration issues, and provide expert solutions.
  • Benefit Testing: Conduct thorough testing of plan configurations and releases to ensure accurate benefits implementation.
  • Standard Operating Procedure Development: Create customized SOPs for new customers, aligning with their specific requirements.
  • Benefit Process Support: Respond to questions from the processing team regarding standard benefit processes and collaborate with leaders when necessary.
  • Open Enrollment Support: Participate in Open Enrollment projects by providing support for testing and other OE-related processes.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to process improvement initiatives and internal organizational change efforts, recommending product enhancements that benefit customers or the managed support model.

Customer Focus: Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction through a deep understanding of customers' business needs and practices.

Skills and Qualifications: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in CRM tools.
