Remote Crypto Operations Specialist

We are seeking a tech-savvy professional with cryptocurrency experience to manage operational, marketing, and customer support tasks.

  • Social Media Management: Create and schedule posts on Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Telegram to engage community and promote digital assets.
  • Paid Advertising: Assist with booking and optimizing digital ads on platforms like Google, Facebook, and crypto networks.
  • Help Desk Support: Provide professional customer support via email, chat, and social media channels.
  • Software Testing: Participate in user testing, report bugs, and suggest improvements for platform updates.
  • Market Research: Keep updated on crypto trends, competitors, and regulatory changes.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent written English skills, basic knowledge of digital advertising platforms, and proficiency with CRM tools, social media scheduling, and troubleshooting basic tech issues.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for crypto, be eager to learn, and possess problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, IT, Business, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in cryptocurrency or blockchain, with familiarity in exchange, trading, or DeFi preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with customer support platforms such as Freshdesk or Zendesk.
  • Graphic design or video editing skills using Canva, CapCut, etc.
