Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Crypto Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering questions about our products and services, and processing orders.

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  2. Respond to comments and community member queries in a timely manner.
  3. Communicate with customers through various channels.
  4. Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
  5. Know our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  6. Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  7. Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  8. Work with the team to improve the server and community experience, increase engagement and activity.
  9. Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  10. Manage a team of junior customer service representatives.
  11. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  12. Assist with other matters relevant to the role, as provided by the company.
  13. Identify and remove spam, scammers, and inappropriate content from our Discord server.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Intercom.
  • Ability to navigate community management tools like Telegram and Discord.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
