Token Metrics is seeking a Crypto Operations Manager with deep expertise in both crypto operations and Human Resource management. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Web3/Crypto operations, with strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of HR strategies in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This individual will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving continuous improvements, and managing HR activities to ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Oversight: Manage the daily operations of the platform, improving efficiency and performance through the development and implementation of new processes.
  • Key Metrics Monitoring: Track and analyze key operational metrics to measure the success of ongoing initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to drive continuous improvement and foster innovation.
  • Human Resource Management: Oversee HR functions, including hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
  • Compliance and Regulations: Ensure compliance with relevant cryptocurrency industry laws and regulations.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with crypto industry trends and developments to provide informed recommendations.
Ideal Background:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Web3/Crypto operations with a strong foundation in HR management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the crypto industry.
  • Proven track record of running effective operations teams.
