Our Chief Information Security Officer reports directly to the CEO, underscoring the prioritization of security in our organization's hierarchy. Our Security Team not only places great emphasis on credentials and expertise but also deeply values hands-on experience, rapid cognition, and dynamic learning.

The challenges in the world of crypto are ever-evolving, and as such, our team prides itself on quick adaptability and robust teamwork, ensuring that we stay ahead of potential threats and always safeguard our user base. Key responsibilities include:Assist in our security administration activities including but not limited to user provisioning, access control, endpoint management, threat prevention and asset management. Develop and implement access control workflows.

Handle inquiries from internal users and SLA.Onboarding and offboarding process and setup laptops and user accounts. Technical skills & experiences required:General IT operations experience. Helpdesk Services will be an advantage.

IT certifications will be advantages. Minimum 1 year of IT experience will be advantage. Experience with G-Suite or OKTA, also Windows and iOS on basic level.

Experience in Physical Office setup will be an advantage. You are also expected to:Demonstrate a strong commitment to personal learning and development. Detail minded with an analytical mindset.

Good communication skills with an ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical business users. Proficiency in both spoken and written English. Life
