Cryptocurrency Operations Specialist

Our team is seeking a skilled professional to manage operational, marketing, and customer support tasks for a rapidly expanding cryptocurrency exchange. The ideal candidate will be passionate about crypto and eager to learn, with experience in cryptocurrency or blockchain management.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Social Media Management: Develop and schedule engaging posts on Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Telegram to promote the platform.
  2. Paid Advertising: Assist with booking and optimizing digital ads on Google, Facebook, and other platforms.
  3. Help Desk Support: Provide professional customer support via email, chat, and social media channels.
  4. Software Testing: Participate in user testing, report bugs, and suggest improvements for platform updates.
  5. Market Research: Stay updated on crypto trends, competitors, and regulatory changes.
  6. General Operations: Support administrative tasks, data entry, and process documentation.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, IT, Business, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in cryptocurrency or blockchain, with familiarity in exchange, trading, or DeFi preferred.
  • Excellent written English skills for customer communication and social media.
  • Basic knowledge of digital advertising platforms like Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, social media scheduling, and troubleshooting basic tech issues.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
