Senior Financial Manager

The Senior Financial Manager will provide strategic financial leadership to the organization, ensuring effective management of financial resources and compliance with regulatory requirements.

The role involves providing overall leadership to the finance function, including budgeting, financial reporting, compliance, procurement, and strategic financial planning. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing financial policies and procedures, managing financial risk, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve organizational goals
  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial regulations
  • Oversee procurement and supply chain management
  • Lead the finance team and provide guidance on financial matters
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective financial resource allocation

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a Master's degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience and 10+ years of progressively responsible experience. At least 5 years experience in a leadership role is required.
