Job Title: AR Accountant

As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate billing, collections, and account management. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and experience in accounting.

  • Prepare commercial invoices, send statements to clients, and process payments.
  • Follow up with clients to collect outstanding accounts.
  • Conduct financial analysis related to property acquisition/disposition.
  • Prepare tax forms and submit payment for processing.

You will work closely with the accounting team to manage relationships with clients and maintain accurate records and reports. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting required, preferably with honors.
  • CPA license required.
  • 2-4 years of full-time accounting experience, with broad-based accounting experience a plus.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
