Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Client Support Associate to fill this role. The primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer and vendor services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Regular quality assurance calls to ensure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate with clients to obtain necessary work order criteria.
  • Identify potential new vendors through research and perform a vetting process.
  • Process assigned work orders within guidelines and NTE amounts.
  • Communicate with vendors to ensure timely execution of work orders and verify invoice accuracy.
  • Manage service complete calls by liaising with vendors and ensuring scheduled service requests have been completed as scheduled.
  • Support compliance with regulatory requirements and quality assurance standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an administrative support role with exposure to QA calls and invoice processing.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for record-keeping and data entry.
  • Proficiency in using office software applications (e.g., MS Office Suite).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:

This is a remote position after onsite training at our facilities. The candidate will cover EST and PST shifts.
