Client Onboarding Specialist

To achieve success in this role, you will be responsible for managing the onboarding process of new clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our platform. This entails leading client onboarding for mid/large-sized clients during the initial 60 to 90 days.
- Develop and maintain implementation programs for small to medium-sized clients.
- Oversight of end-to-end implementation processes for assigned accounts.
- Establishing accurate expectations with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Maintaining open communication with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers regarding progress.

Requirements
- A minimum of three years of experience in customer-facing implementation roles.
- Prior payroll experience, preferably with US payroll implementation or in-house management.
- Basic spreadsheet/database skills are necessary.
