Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Talent Acquisition Onboarding Specialist.


Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the TA Manager on all aspects of recruiting operations.
  • Source, pre-screen candidates and provide updates on applicant status and onboard new hires.
  • Ensure adherence to standard US process and accurate information and communication when inviting applicants.
  • Communicate with assigned sites regarding show-up information for invited candidates consistently.
  • Monitor and maintain data information on shared drives with high confidentiality.
  • Execute special projects as required.
  • Submit daily productivity reports to the HR TA Manager.

Requirements
  • Must be open to CSR/TSR/RTA candidates.
  • Graduate in any discipline or at least 2nd year college diploma.
  • Must be work-at-home capable (Internet speed: 15mbps download and upload).
  • Must have their own computer/laptop.
  • Minimum experience: at least 1 year experience in BPO or any field.
  • Strong oral English communication skills are essential.
  • Amenable to work on night shifts.
