About the Role

The Product Planning & Fulfillment Analyst will be an integral member of the team, ensuring we build upon our leadership position as a global powerhouse in technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the integral supply chain to match demand and supply, using master planning systems.
  • Drive Supply Chain Parameters (e.g. Supply Chain Model, Lead times, Safety Stocks) in planning systems according to product life cycle.
Sales and Operation Planning Support
  • Collaborate with BU/BL Capacity Planners on S&OP processes.
  • Review resource loading situations impacting S&OP.
Order Management
  • Be responsible for fulfilling customer sales orders, customer programs forecast, and safety stock replenishment.
  • Plan and release feasible plans to manufacturing sites, fulfilling demand and loading policy. Monitor and control supply deviation.
  • Communicate with BG/BL to align business strategy based on demand and supply situations.
Exception Management:
  • In case of allocation, follow allocation processes and decisions.
  • In case of tight supply, collaborate with BG/BL and Customer Service and Site for production priority to prevent customer line down.
  • Support New Product Introduction.
  • Returns Management: Support and arrange returns (quality, technical, logistics, and commercial returns) according to relevant procedures.
Improvements / PDCA
  • Regularly review KPIs and initiate improvement activities if KPIs are below targets.
  • Participate in projects.
Requirements
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Process-driven knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Experience in customer handling and managing, leading, and participating in projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including experience in multicultural communication.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional, virtual, and international teams.
  • Highly motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Fluency in English.
