Customer Supply Chain Manager

This role is accountable for achieving excellent service performance, customer loyalty and maximizing sales potential for a customer segment. You will lead a team of Customer Supply Representatives, drive service improvement roadmaps, and optimize operational progress and performance.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Customer Supply Chain Representatives to achieve best-in-class results.
  • Collaborate with Global Key Account teams and CSR's to ensure regular business reviews with key customer contacts.
  • Identify customer requirements for services in Business Fulfilment, including Supply Chain Logistics, B2B automation, and other eBusiness tools.
  • Gather customer requirements for Customer Programs, and implement service solutions with the Customer Program Manager.
  • Apply Lean methods and tools to identify business process improvement opportunities.
  • Implement service improvement actions plans per customer, aligned with CSC service roadmaps.
  • Meet regularly with Global Key Account teams and key Business stakeholders to align and agree actions that support business plans.
  • Plan, initiate, and review team process improvement projects using a structured project management approach.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field from a recognized university or college.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Logistics, Customer Service, or Supply Chain, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency in reporting and analytics.
  • Strong customer- and team-focused approach.
  • Excellent command of the English language (both verbal and written).
  • Proven ability to drive team performance.
