Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Professional with a solid background in general ledger processes, fixed asset accounting, and financial compliance. The ideal candidate must have experience in a shared services setup within the manufacturing industry and be familiar with SAP systems and accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP).

Your Responsibilities:

  • Handle general ledger accounting activities including journal entries, accruals, and fixed asset management

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations and financial reports

  • Ensure accurate and timely closing of books and compliance with IFRS/GAAP

  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial operations and improve processes

  • Utilize SAP (FI module) and financial reporting tools for daily accounting tasks

  • Identify areas for process improvement and support continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

  • At least 5 years of experience in general accounting within a shared service environment in the manufacturing sector

  • Proficient in SAP (FI module) and Microsoft Excel

  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP)

  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Professional, responsible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Committed to continuous learning and process improvement
