Mould Foreman Job Summary

QC Styropackaging Corp seeks a skilled Mould Foreman to join our team.

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum two to three years of experience in maintenance operation
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze and prepare reports
  • Knowledgeable in preventive and corrective maintenance of machines
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of mold equipment
  • Ensure that mold setters and the mold maintenance team follow company procedures
  • Apply approved standards and best practices to ensure reliability and integrity of molds
  • Oversee maintenance activities and provide technical support
  • Responsible for all mold maintenance works, monitoring of machine operation, and responsible for the operation
  • Checks inventory of spare parts of the mold
  • Liaison in ISO compliance and customer audit
  • Responsible in manpower schedule and its task
