Loan Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Loan Specialist to join our team. As a Loan Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing direct-to-consumer auto finance and refinance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver superior customer service and respond to inquiries that are already approved for the refinance
  • Offer additional finance and coverage options to enhance the customer experience
  • Manage loan applications from start to finish, ensuring all required documentation is accurately completed and submitted
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Work within lending partners' guidelines and adhere to regulatory and company policies

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or bachelor's degree highly preferred
  • Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English and communicate effectively with all levels of the company
  • Basic computation skills and ability to manage time, energy, and workspace well
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Teams, with intermediate Excel ability
