Auto Finance Professional

We are seeking a skilled Auto Finance Professional to provide direct-to-consumer auto finance and refinance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored auto finance options.
  • Loan Facilitation: Coordinate the loan application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurately completed and submitted.
  • Daily Activities: Complete 60+ outbound phone calls and 3-5 hours of talk time with texting and emails.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our auto finance products to effectively offer additional options to customers.
  • Sales Development: Enhance sales skills to present benefits of loan options and sell additional products.
  • Consultative Approach: Manage customer expectations and overcome objections using a consultative approach.
  • Partner Collaboration: Work within lending partners' guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelor's degree highly preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Mathematical Skills: Basic computation skills.
  • Time Management: Effective management of time, energy, and workspace.
  • Analytical Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to organize, prioritize, and work independently.
