Project Manager - Software Development

Manage and oversee the development process, from planning and design to implementation and deployment. Ensure software projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, dependencies, and resources.
  • Lead a team of software developers, ensuring they have necessary resources, tools, and support to complete work efficiently.
  • Identify potential risks and issues that may impact the project and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders, team members, and external partners to keep them informed about project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Ensure software developed meets required quality standards through quality assurance processes and procedures.
  • Review and assess project performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and overall project success.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in software project management.
  • 3+ years of software development experience.
  • Proven experience as a project manager in a software development environment.
  • Experience overseeing software development using technologies like AngularJS, Node.js, AWS, and Flutter.
  • Extensive understanding of Management Information Systems, software development, IT infrastructure, and relational database systems.
  • Experience in managing a team remotely.

  • Knowledge of restaurant tech and operations.
