  • We are looking for a seasoned software engineer to lead technical projects and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • You will be responsible for tackling complex customer challenges, navigating technology decisions, and collaborating closely with diverse teams to achieve ambitious technical milestones.
Key Responsibilities
  • Dive into critical customer challenges across technologies and teams, addressing technical complexities such as scalability, resilience, and adaptability to craft holistic solutions.
  • Set a high bar for designs, code, tests, and monitoring, and establish the standard for excellence within the team.
  • Balances immediate business needs with long-term goals, ensuring solutions stay ahead of the curve.
  • Closely collaborate with diverse teams to achieve ambitious technical milestones.
  • Engineer foundational services that support the global logistics network.
QualificationsBasic Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of non-internship design or architecture experience (design patterns, reliability, scaling) of new and existing systems.
  • Experience programming in at least one software programming language.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
  • Knowledge of professional software engineering practices and best practices across the full software development lifecycle.
  • Ability to take a project from scoping requirements through launch, with experience communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements and describe software features and designs.
  • Hands-on experience with back-end databases such as Oracle and PostgreSQL, including database design, SQL querying, and performance tuning.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks like Angular.
  • Proficiency with web application frameworks such as Spring Boot or Hibernate.
  • Willingness to work in varying shifts.
