The Role:

  • A Trained Testing Professional responsible for testing end-products, identifying quality concerns, designing tests, and documenting defects.
  • Analytical mindset, natural curiosity, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Experience leading a team or mentoring/coaching other testers is highly valued.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.

About the Role:

  • Designs test cases and scripts under own direction, mapping back to pre-determined criteria.
  • Evaluates design options and prototypes for user feedback.
  • Tests usability and accessibility of components and alternative designs.
  • Applies agreed standards to devise and execute test cases and scenarios.
  • Can replicate issues in QA environments based on reported issues in production/SIT.
  • Can execute test cases based on detailed test steps in JIRA Xray.
  • Must have knowledge or experience working in web-based applications and software QA methodologies.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in manual testing (functional, non-functional, regression).
  • Designs test plans and test conditions based on predefined acceptance criteria.
  • Familiarity with SQL Server 2019 and automation tools is a plus.
