Overview of the Position

This position is for a highly skilled and experienced developer to lead and mentor a team in designing, developing, and maintaining robust applications.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop scalable applications using C#.
  • Lead a team of developers in fostering collaboration and technical excellence.
  • Apply advanced programming techniques to create efficient code.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience working in application development using C#.
  • Excellent object-oriented programming skills.
  • Experience in MS SQL Server.
  • Ability to adapt to project demands and requirement changes.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills, able to explain ideas to both technical and non-technical staff.
  • Ability to multitask and lead a team.

Preferred Skills
  • Prior experience in web application development on a multi-developer team.
  • Knowledge in design patterns and software development methodologies.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git/Github.
  • Front-end technologies like HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • iOS/XCode/Objective-C experience.
  • PHP and MySQL experience.
