Software Automation Tester

We are seeking a skilled Software Testing professional to join our global development organization. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with proven experience in Test Automation.

In this role, you will work closely with a team of Software Developers to deliver outstanding process automation products built across web, cloud, PC, and embedded platforms.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be:

  • A member of a self-organizing Agile team, delivering high-quality product increments in short iterations.
  • Participating in requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and debugging of new and existing features.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define clear acceptance criteria.
  • Defining test plans and strategies, and performing manual and automated tests covering functional and non-functional aspects.
  • Crafting test frameworks and automation tools to support continuous testing.
  • Integrating AI/ML-based tools to improve test coverage and predict defects.
  • Contributing to the CI/CD pipeline by integrating automation and ensuring test environment stability.
  • Analyzing test coverage and results, identifying gaps, and implementing improvements.
  • Participating in code reviews and promoting standard processes in testability and maintainability.

What We Are Looking For:

You have a strong background in software testing with experience in end-to-end application testing using Agile practices.

Preferred Qualifications Include:

  • Experience in SAFe and/or Agile Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, and Visual Studio.
  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of AI tools such as GitHub Copilot.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language applied in desktop, mobile, and/or web development projects.
