About Our Team

We are looking for a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective technical assistance to employees and management via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Troubleshoot complex IT issues and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of all incidents, including the resolution status and any follow-up actions required.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1–3 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and individuals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.
  • Familiarity with Mac, Linux, and Windows operating systems, as well as PC hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Knowledge of Windows networking, LAN/WAN, DNS, TCP/IP, and firewalls is essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Bonus Skills:
  • Experience supporting Macs and knowledge of routers and firewalls would be highly valued.
  • Skills in troubleshooting, Linux, and web hosting would also be beneficial.
