Job Title: Property Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to manage the overall operations of our properties.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, maintenance, and engineering with excellent leadership and communication skills. They will be responsible for overseeing the Engineering Staff coordinating daily operations and addressing tenant and customer concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall property operations including maintenance and monitoring of equipment
  • Assess facilities efficiency and propose improvements
  • Oversee and coordinate the Engineering Staff and personnel
  • Address tenant and customer concerns

Requirements:

  • Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
  • Extensive experience in facilities management and maintenance
  • Previous mall or commercial experience is an advantage

Working Conditions: This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
