Property Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Property Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our building. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facility, providing excellent service to tenants, and managing relationships with external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational plans to optimize building performance and efficiency
  • Manage and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and renovations to ensure timely completion and quality results
  • Supervise and train staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their jobs effectively
  • Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure seamless delivery of services and high-quality outcomes
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., real estate, facilities management, business administration)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in property operations or a related field
  • Proven track record of successful project management and leadership
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software and systems (e.g., CMMS, BMS, ERP)
