About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to manage all aspects of operations for a portfolio of properties. You will oversee tenancy and lease management, facilities management, and ensure that all facilities meet health and safety standards.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including identifying and negotiating new leases, renewals, and terminations.
  • Oversee facilities management, ensuring that all maintenance is carried out efficiently and effectively.
  • Sourcing and managing outsourced service providers to maintain high-quality service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and health and safety standards.
  • Lead a team of 1-5 people, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Licensed Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineer
  • At least 1 - 3 years experience in property management, with solid experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • A strong networker and relationship builder, with a proven track record of success.
  • A strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable dealing with numerical data.
