Job Summary:
Sirva Bgrs Llc is seeking an experienced International Compensation Specialist to join our team in the Philippines. As a key member of our Global Mobility department, you will be responsible for preparing global cost projections and Letters of Assignment for Sirva's international clients.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with client HR teams and third-party data vendors to prepare accurate cost estimates and Letters of Assignment.
- Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in payroll services for international clients, ensuring seamless communication and support.
- Prepare and deliver payroll instructions to local payroll providers, working closely with tax providers as needed.
- Reconcile payroll results, creating Payroll Reconciliation reports and Shadow Payroll reports as required.
- Collect additional compensation elements from clients and their third-party providers, incorporating them into total compensation reports.
- Promote exceptional customer service, responding to queries from clients, third-party providers, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a global payroll, global mobility, or auditing role, with expertise in cost projections and payroll reconciliation.
- Strong understanding of global mobility policies, associated costs, and payroll systems setup and day-to-day processes.
- Proven ability to work independently under tight deadlines, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and ad-hoc report writing tools, with the ability to create complex reports and presentations.
- Bachelor's degree and/or global mobility specialty designation preferred.
