The Compensation and Benefits Specialist is responsible for the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with government regulations, processing of employee benefits, and addressing employee inquiries. This role is crucial in managing statutory benefits, HMO enrollment, leave benefits, and payroll processing. The ideal candidate will have experience in compensation and benefits administration, a strong understanding of Philippine labor laws, and a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration, with a focus on payroll processing, government statutory compliance (SSS, HDMF, PhilHealth), HMO benefits, and leave management.
- Familiarity with HRIS or payroll systems is a plus.
- Experience with employee query management and resolving compensation-related concerns.
