Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop a fully loaded labor cost / fringe benefit rate for all markets in AP.
- Collect and organize compensation / benefit costing and develop cost projections.
- Requires working closely with Payroll, People Solutions, Finance and Global TR partners to obtain cost information. Organize and develop an inventory of internally published TR information in AP to ensure accuracy and organizational standards (policy documentation, FYB, benefit guide, new hire orientation etc.)
- Requires working closely with People Solutions, Talent Acquisition, ER/LR, Global TR partners.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, HRIS systems).
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, regulations, and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Educational Attainment:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Work Experience Requirements: (certifications, licenses)
- Certification in compensation or benefits (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS)).
- Experience with HR analytics and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
