Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare global cost projections for client's HR teams, adhering to client policies and deadlines.
- Deliver cost projections and letters of assignment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with client's tax providers for hypothetical withholding calculations.
- Reconcile payroll results, creating the Payroll Reconciliation report.
- Collect additional compensation elements from client and their third-party providers.
- Deliver total compensation reports per client schedule for review.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries from client teams and providers.
Requirements:
- Experience in producing global cost projections and compensation worksheets.
- Audit and reconcile payroll results with expertise.
- Proficiency in Excel and ad hoc report writing tools.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in global payroll, mobility, or auditing roles.
