Drive Revenue Growth as a Sales Data Analyst

This is a pivotal role that marries data analysis with strategic insights to propel revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Examine sales performance, pipeline, conversion, and client data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into key performance indicators, conversion rates, and sales cycle dynamics.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to assess campaign effectiveness, client segmentation, and territory planning.
  • Support forecasting, segmentation, and quota-setting initiatives.
  • Partner with Sales Operations to enhance CRM data quality, reporting structures, and process automation.
  • Communicate findings in a clear, actionable way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a SaaS, fintech, or startup environment.
  • At least two (2) to three (3) years of hands-on experience using Salesforce as part of daily work responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis.
  • Proven experience using Salesforce software for managing data and supporting business processes.
  • Curious, collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Clear and coherent communication of data-driven insights, valuing diverse input and stakeholder needs.
