Ridenroll is a rapidly expanding rideshare company dedicated to empowering drivers and enhancing the commuting experience for riders. We are looking for a highly skilled Business Development Coordinator who will focus on growing Ridenroll's rider base through strategic partnerships and outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish relationships with key business establishments, institutions, and organizations to promote Ridenroll to their employees, customers, or members.
  • Develop and manage partnerships that drive direct growth in Ridenroll's rider acquisition.
  • Conduct online presentations, demos, and webinars to showcase Ridenroll's rider benefits and drive engagement.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on partnership performance to inform data-driven decision making.
  • Collect feedback from partners and new riders to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, partnerships, or community engagement, preferably in transportation, SaaS, or digital platforms.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills in a remote/digital setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets in sales or acquisition.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fully remote work environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, online communication platforms (Zoom, Google Meet), and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
