Business Data Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Business Data Specialist to join our team. This role involves working with data analytics, systems integration, and operations/reporting engineering.

  • Data Analytics:
  • Create data models and develop business intelligence solutions using SQL, APIs, and BI tools (Domo, Tableau).
  • Analyze data trends and identify areas for improvement.
  • Systems Integration:
  • Design and implement integrations between various systems using Zapier, APIs, and custom code (Python, Java).
  • Maintain existing integrations and troubleshoot issues.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement changes to improve efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for processes and procedures.
  • Reporting:
  • Create regular reports and dashboards to provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain reporting tools using Google Sheets, Excel, and other software.
Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of experience in data analytics, systems integration, or operations/reporting engineering.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and APIs.
  • Experience with BI tools (Domo, Tableau) and data pipeline automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, ClickUp, and workflow automation tools (Zapier or similar).
  • Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS or similar), data pipelines, and security best practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into clear business insights.
