Job Description

The role of an Employee Relations Lead is to provide a positive work environment that encourages employee engagement, productivity, and satisfaction. This involves being a regular presence on the production floor, interacting with employees, and conducting daily connections to build trust and open communication.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate employee focus group discussions and capture general feedback for closure.
  • Provide approachable and professional support to employees by addressing their concerns in a timely manner.
  • Act as Buddy Support to newly hired employees, engaging with them during training and nesting periods.
  • Contribute to conceptualization, planning, and execution of activities to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate events logistics and vendor partnerships for Everise programs.
  • Perform administrative functions for the team such as distribution of birthday cards and certificates.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in Human Resources with focus on employee relations and engagement.
  • Proficiency in employee relations, employee engagement, and labor relations.
