Director of People Experience

A key role in developing and managing the employee lifecycle to enhance engagement and retention. This position analyzes key performance indicators and processes to drive best practices and innovative strategies to meet organizational goals.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • IDentify process improvement opportunities to drive employee engagement and retention across all assigned locations.
  • Partner with regional or site leaders to ensure effective execution of the employee lifecycle process.
  • Provide data analysis and feedback to foster best practices and innovative strategies.
  • Support and mentor assigned team members.
  • Oversee daily team activities to optimize performance and success.
  • Lead special projects related to surveys, survey enhancements, or data analysis as required.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Employee Engagement is required.
  • Proven Leadership, Time Management, Analytical thinking, Proactivity, and Result orientation skills are required.
  • Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to business needs and processes.
