Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior Project Coordinator to support our project management team in planning and coordinating projects from initiation through to completion.


About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required.
  • Previous experience in project coordination is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist senior project managers in monitoring project progress and adjusting schedules, resources, or deliverables as needed.
  • Help manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
  • Prepare and update project documentation, including status reports, project plans, and action item lists.

Preferred Skills
  • Project Management Certification: Familiarity with certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 is a plus.
  • Experience or knowledge in Agile, Scrum, or other iterative project management methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Project Management Software: Knowledge of tools like Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar tools.
