This position requires the ability to act as the primary representative of the company, leading internal teams and collaborating with customer stakeholders to successfully execute deals. With full accountability for the customer relationship, this role ensures client satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term growth.

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders, including C-level executives and leaders across various lines of business beyond IT.
  • Engage with clients at a senior level to address and resolve issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance customer engagement and strengthen brand awareness.
  • Manage multiple accounts effectively, fostering positive relationships across all customer touchpoints.
