Job Title: Business Development Manager for MPN
Location: Makati, National Capital Region, Philippines
Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree Holder - preferably in the field of Business Administration, Information Communication Technology or Marketing e.g. Business Management, Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, IT Management, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, ECE or related courses.
- Postgraduate Units/degree in Business Administration/ Manufacturing/ Engineering or related courses would be an advantage.
- At least three (3) years related experience in product management, support, technical, sales or Marketing position, at least one (1) year of which as Sr. Product Development Specialist.
The Business Development Manager for MPN will drive the identification, development, and execution of business opportunities for Mobile Private Networks within PLDT Enterprise. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, business acumen, and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-Level executives.
Regular Duties and Responsibilities:Business Development & Strategy:- Develop and execute strategies to grow MPN opportunities, leveraging wireless technologies such as 5G, LTE, and IoT.
- Create detailed business cases and financial models to support the monetization of MPN solutions.
- Lead market research initiatives to identify emerging trends and potential market segments for MPN.
- Facilitate scoping workshops, deep dive discussions, and change management sessions with clients to define and refine MPN requirements.
- Engage with clients to understand their business processes and challenges, positioning MPN solutions as strategic enablers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product Marketing, and Vendor Management, to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with technology vendors, industry leaders, and systems integrators to expand the MPN service offerings.
- Lead negotiations with partners to ensure commercially viable agreements that align with PLDT Enterprise's goals.
