Expert Payroll Specialist

We need an experienced Payroll Specialist who knows the ins and outs of Australian payroll and is ready to take their expertise to the next level. You'll be part of our international payroll team, delivering accurate, timely payroll for our Australian clients while providing exceptional client service.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Processing and reviewing payroll for Australian businesses with 100% accuracy.
- Preparing payroll reports and ensuring timely submission.
- Assisting clients with payroll queries, adjustments, and compliance issues.
- Working closely with payroll partners and clients to ensure a seamless payroll experience.
- Building long-term relationships with clients and becoming their trusted payroll advisor.
- Identifying and reporting any risks, errors, or compliance concerns related to payroll processing.
- Following information security guidelines to protect sensitive payroll data.
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- 1-4 years of experience in payroll, accounting, or finance.
- Hands-on experience with Australian payroll (this is a must-have).
- Familiarity with Fair Work, superannuation, tax, and other Australian payroll regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to 100% accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service mindset — you're approachable, helpful, and solutions-oriented.
- Proficient in Excel and able to work with payroll data confidently.
