Amazon Account Specialist Job Description

DreamHire is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage Amazon accounts, ensure policy compliance, optimize product listings, and drive sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular audits and monitor Amazon accounts for policy violations, health warnings, and performance notifications.
  • Manage inventory levels, forecast sales and inventory needs, and optimize stock allocation.
  • Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback to maintain exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and address negative reviews, perform related Customer Service tasks, and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Coordinate product shipments to Amazon, manage cases for reimbursement claims, and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize Best Seller Badges performance and capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Stay informed about Amazon policies and procedures to ensure compliance and drive growth.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing Amazon accounts with proven success in driving sales and achieving growth targets.
  • Proficient in using Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and other relevant tools to streamline operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
