Financial Experts Wanted: Join Our Team of Seasoned Accountants

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Accountant/Bookkeeper to contribute to our financial operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client finances, tracking expenses, budgeting, taxes, cash flow, receipts, payroll, and other financial dealings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee client financial activities, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Analyze and prepare financial statements, such as balance sheets and income statements
  • Conduct financial assessments and provide recommendations to clients
  • E nsure timely completion of financial tasks

Requirements include a minimum of one year of experience in accounting/bookkeeping, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, and proficiency in QuickBooks software. Experience with other accounting software is a plus. A CPA license is preferred but not required.

Candidates must possess excellent analytical and verbal reasoning skills, be detail-oriented, and have strong problem-solving and information processing abilities. The ability to work independently and collaboratively is also essential. Candidates will undergo brief assessments to evaluate their skills.

Suitable candidates will be invited to a face-to-face interview via Zoom. We offer a competitive compensation package, including a guaranteed 5% annual raise, fully-paid healthcare benefits after two months of full-time employment, and five paid vacation days per year. Compensation range: $3.00 - $11.00 per hour.
